The Oasis program supports seniors with health care, exercise classes, meals, social events and other services while living in their own apartments. The goal of Oasis is to support social engagement and participation among seniors. Queen’s University researchers Catherine Donnelly, an associate professor at the School of Rehabilitation Science at Queen’s university, and Vincent DePaul, are leaders of the Oasis model expansion and evaluation project.
